You’ll find comfy sofas, a large Smart TV, and a cozy wood heater along with AC for all your heating and cooling needs. This area offers breathtaking bush and ocean scenery. Enjoy reading magazines or our favorite books, or simply relax by the fire while listening to your favorite music through our new Bluetooth speaker.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, cookware, and utensils. It features a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and electric oven with cooktop. Extras include a toaster, an espresso machine and small appliances. Cooking essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, and herbs are provided. The dining area has a cozy table for six and a high chair, perfect for family gatherings.

The property includes three bedrooms: an upstairs master bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite, and large smart TV. The other two bedrooms located on the ground floor have a queen bed in one and twin single beds in the other, shares access to a bathroom . A portable cot is also available. All rooms feature electric heaters, electric blankets, extra blankets, and high-quality bedding, linen, and towels for comfort.

The outdoor area features a wood-fired pizza oven, perfect for making your favorite pizzas while enjoying the convenient seating. A large BBQ is available, along with a dining/lounge area furnished with various pieces, creating an ideal setting for a pleasant sunny afternoon. The wood-fired pizza oven is situated in the garden area, offering guest to explore the scenery and surrounding wildlife as you cook. Occasionally, our cows may notice your presence and offer a friendly greeting.

Stay connected with free WiFi and watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV with Netflix and more. You’ll find two large TVs in the living area and upstairs bedroom, while the other two bedrooms have smaller TVs. Enjoy music or your favorite podcast with the Bluetooth speaker, read a book or magazine, and entertain the kids with board games. To enhance your view, we’ve provided binoculars so you can marvel at the birds and wildlife—or even catch a glimpse of whales in the distance! Please note that the binoculars are for use on the property only.

The property features two bathrooms. The master bedroom upstairs includes an ensuite with a shower, vanity, large mirror, and toilet. The family bathroom downstairs offers a relaxing free-standing bathtub, separate shower, vanity, large mirror, extra storage, and toilet. Guests are provided with luxury bath towels, face towels, hand towels, bath mats, and eco-friendly body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Hair dryers are available in both bathrooms.
